Original WWII RAF Irvin flying trousers ‘Thermally Insulated Flying Suit’. Standard Irvin trousers in brown leather with mid tan dense fur lining, flapped knee pockets and integral braces/suspenders. Complete with its original label: AM, contract No. H174362/40 C.I.D., dated 1941 “Irvinsuit” Size 4. The leather is very good and supple showing light use and wear only. Excellent original Air Ministry/D-o-T marked leg zips. Good braces. Very good to excellent overall condition.
